I was disappointed in the worst response.
I used this restaurant the other day, and my friend suffered a burn injury from the hot oysters. The staff's response at that time was so bad that I don't want to go there again, so I'm posting this as a warning.
First of all, even though I had made a reservation for 3 people, I was shown a small seat that only seats 2 people. I was distrustful from the beginning, but what happened after that was even worse.
We ordered grilled oysters and as we were grilling them ourselves, the oysters suddenly exploded.
A piece of hot oyster hit my friend's neck and caused burns.
Despite the loud noises and screams, the staff never came to check on me and didn't move until I hurriedly asked for something to cool down. In the end, all I brought was ice and a towel.
Afterwards, more than half of the oysters were scattered, and my friend suffered burns, so I asked her to grill them in the kitchen, as it would be dangerous to grill them any longer. Then, a person who appeared to be a senior clerk came out and said without apologizing, ``At this place, we cover the oysters with a net to prevent them from scattering.'' teeth?
