DO NOT COME HERE FOR SUSHI! We only had 2 days to explore Osaka and came here excited for the AYCE 4000 yen menu to try a variety of sushi and yakitori. Since it's AYCE, we weren't expecting amazing quality, but it was worse than my already low expectations. The fish was not cut well. It was cut too thick to the point that the silverskin was too difficult to chew. Some of the fish tasted fishy and soft, not fresh at all. The scallop was okay. With that being said, the chicken karaage and yakitori was quite good. If we had known, we would have just ordered non-sushi items. We didn't realized until afterwards that not a single local seated near us ordered sushi. The service was decent and provided everything we asked for. They were kind enough to let us in without a reservation even though their website notes that reservations are required for AYCE. The QR code for ordering was a little wonky, but did the job.Overall, I wish we had done our research better instead of listening to influencers because it was a very disappointing meal. I would go elsewhere if you're expecting good sushi. If you're looking for quantity and more fried food, this may be your place.

Worst restaurant experience in Japan as of yet. Would love to give zero stars.1) Loud atmosphere. Every time a new customer came in, the server screamed incredibly loud. Good to welcome new customers, but this was too much.2) Bad quality food. The sushi was very badly cut, incredibly thick slices of fish on top of rice that looked like it came out of a machine. Tuna was very distasteful.3) Confusing menu. Server gave us no explanation on the menu, which didn’t give any indication on which items we could actually choose. Even though it says 96 items for one of the all you can eat options, in reality, many of them are drinks.4) Discriminatory service. While all other tables got appetizers, our table did not.5) Expensive for what you get.TLDR; I would choose other restaurants over this one.

First of all there is an expectation that you purchase one of the tiers of ayce drinks. Premium, standard, or soft drink only. We don’t want alcohol on the day so we ordered soft drink for 500 yen each. Then there is different tiers of ayce. We ordered the one with shabu shabu, yakitori, and sushi. 6,000 yen each. The shabu must come with a set of veggie, and then one order of wagyu, and one order of pork. One thing we learnt is when you order sushi, one order = 2 pieces. So make sure you do not make that mistake. And then we keep ordering more wagyu. No matter how many plates of wagyu you try to order, they keep bringing one at a time. It’s fine, but gets a bit annoying after a while. Uni is not the best, but considering it’s ayce, I’ll take it.But overall price is good, food is fine.

Took the 6000 Yen All You can eat, I came specifically for Shabu as it was a cold and raining day.Food quality is ok, Sashimi and Yakitori were ok, good portion. Premium Wagyu ShabuShabu, all-you-can-eat became "all-you-CAN'T-eat" for meI guess most guests come here for shashimi, Yakitori and drinks. They serve Shabu only, no sukiyaki.Paid for all-you-can-eat, but was told by waiters they ran out of Shabu Meat after only 30mins after we started, we only had 3 orders(4 thin slices of shabu meat). Quite surprised as it was only 6.30pm and the restaurant wasn't even full, more than half of the guests are not eating ShabuShabu but on other courses. They should've just told us they had limited meat from the start! Or maybe, they had meat but wanted to limit us? Not sure but I definitely felt cheated.Pretty disappointed, didn't even offer to compensate me with anything.
