The liver, sliced neatly and thinly, definitely looks delicious.I sprinkled it with salt and drizzled it with sesame oil, and when I tried it, it had a smooth texture with no odor at all!The one plate in the picture is for one person, but this is said to be a special serving.You can gulp down draft beer in no time, and the only alcohol that goes well with this high-quality liver is sake!
