Used at second restaurant for lunch

I entered the store about 5 minutes after it opened.
Ordered beer, oolong tea, assorted sashimi, and spilled sushi.
The drinks were served immediately, but the sashimi had to wait about 10 minutes, and the spilled sushi didn't come out even after 20 minutes, so I checked with the staff to see if my order had been taken.
I was told that they were making it now, so I waited another 5 minutes and it was finally served.
My companion who drank the beer said, ``It has an incomprehensible bitterness, and it doesn't taste good.''
The oolong tea I drank was almost water-like in color.
Does it have a barely any oolong tea flavor? It was something like that.
The taste of the sashimi platter was at the level of a cheap conveyor belt sushi, and the freshness was lower than that of a conveyor belt sushi.
I was looking forward to the Kobore Sushi after seeing the photo posted, but the freshness was low and the plate was warm, so even the Kappamaki under the sashimi was lukewarm, the thin dry cucumbers, and the soft vinegared rice.I was disappointed. was.
