I found this restaurant because there was a member who was staying at the hotel next door. When I went there, I was surprised to find that there used to be a snack bar, and it was the same place I had been going to for about 40 years since I joined the company. It's been 4 and a half years since it opened.
As of 6:30pm, the place was already full except for the seats we had reserved. When I chose the omakase course, every dish had been modified, so it was a waste not to listen to the explanations. Everything about salt is also ingenious. It's really delicious. It's no surprise that this store has such high ratings. Next time I would like to have a leisurely chat with the landlady.

We arrived late and wandered inside looking for a place to eat, which was when we hit the jackpot. It was so delicious that I was so absorbed in eating it that I forgot to take a photo.
I chose the omakase course, and this time the order was appetizer, sashimi, steamed oysters in chawanmushi, pork simmered in balsamic vinegar, hot pot with milt, rice porridge, and dessert. (faint memory)
The accompaniment is shrimp and something Chinese style?
The sashimi is a combination of eating the tuna with soy sauce and Thai soup stock (I forgot, but it was clear and delicious), and the chawanmushi is a luxurious dish where only one egg is steamed. Shirako is pre-cooked, so it's creamy and can be eaten lightly even if it's simmered in a pot, and the leftover soup from the pot can be used to make porridge.
The sake came with more water as a chaser, making it enjoyable to drink.
The hostess was very friendly and easy to talk to, and the friendly atmosphere made it easy to come in by yourself, which made me feel very comfortable. The customers who came in later seemed to be mostly familiar locals, so it felt like home.
It's a small shop tucked away in a little alley on the north side of JR Takatsuki Station, diagonally across from the Hankyu Building, and you wouldn't have noticed it if you weren't walking around at night.
Even though I have no connection with the place, it was a good shop that I would want to come back to again, even if I had to make up some reason.
Due to the spread of O, many stores are voluntarily closing at 8 p.m., and the number of customers seems to be decreasing, but perhaps because the store looks like it would be suitable for one or two people to enter, it seems that the store is a little incognito, and there is a breeze. As more and more customers came in later, I was able to leave the store with a bit of peace of mind.
