I made a reservation and visited Hot Pepper for the first time.When I chose the tatami room, it said that it was a non-smoking room, so I felt safe bringing my kids there, but there was a normal ashtray and people around me were smoking.Next, the customer service was terrible.The young female clerk always seemed irritated and was not very good at serving customers at a restaurant.The main dishes are generally average.All sashimi items were sold out as of 6:30pm.The chicken skin skewers tasted like they were spoiled.I couldn't eat the potato butter because the potatoes weren't cooked through.The best part was that the salad hadn't arrived when I paid the bill (it was listed on the bill), so when I told her that, she was a little annoyed and said, "Huh? Salad?"He left the store without a word of apology.I don't think I'll ever go there again.
