I came here for lunch on a business trip without waiting.
After that, the place quickly filled up and some people started waiting outside, so I felt like I was able to get into a very popular restaurant easily and at a great value.

Unfortunately, the options were mostly fried, both fish and meat. There was a menu called Chicken and Vegetables with Black Vinegar Sauce, and I thought it would be okay, so I chose it, but the chicken was deep-fried. I should have made it myself. But it was very delicious.
The rice is so delicious that you can get any refills. Sesame salt and furikake are always available. When I entered the store around 12:00, I was told that there was no 18-grain rice to choose from.
I was surprised that the food arrived faster than fast food.
Miso soup was very delicious.
The cold tea was also delicious.
It's very reasonably priced, so I thought I could only pay by cash, but I thought it was the best option as it also accepts electronic money payments.

“Rice Lab Momofuku Uehonmachi Store” in Tennoji Ward, Osaka City
I visited ``Kome Lab Momofuku Uehonmachi Branch,'' a 5-minute walk east along the road south of Shin-Kabukiza from Kintetsu ``Uehonmachi Station.''
The inside of the store is very clean and has a good depth, with 6 counter seats and 24 table seats.
I took a seat at the counter and ordered the weekly miso cutlet set meal (1,000 yen including tax).
The rice bowl is ready in less than 5 minutes.
The cutlet is fried to a crispy surface and has a nice crunchy texture.
Oh! Miso is so delicious! This was done! It's really delicious.
It's a restaurant that is particular about its rice, so of course the rice is delicious, but the miso soup took a little extra effort and was delicious.

There seems to be a dormitory for Miyagino Stable in the spring tournament, so I saw some sumo wrestlers there. Strong. This restaurant was recommended by a friend who makes rice. I visited this place when I stopped by for work.
As you can guess from the name, this is a shop that focuses on rice. Last order is 14:30. My visit was around 2:15 pm, so I was nervous when I entered the store, but I was welcomed warmly. I'm so happy.
Order fried Daisen chicken for ¥1000 and optional sashimi platter + ¥500.
Each grain of rice stands tall and has a strong sweetness and flavor. The aroma of rice coming from the steam is irresistible.
The miso soup also has a mellow taste.
The main dish, fried chicken, is crunchy and seasoned with just the right amount of seasoning. Needless to say, the sashimi is delicious. The rice is progressing!
It was the last minute to close, so the part-time workers were in tidying up mode. I learned that the staff was extremely attentive when they noticed that the rice was running low and signaled to the part-time workers to get more.
