I came into this shop late at night when I was wandering around Minamimorimachi looking for a restaurant where I could drink wine.
Many shops are closed, but are they open until 5:00 in the morning? ! happy dining bar
Dim and chic atmosphere
I couldn't eat much anymore, so I asked if it would be okay to just have a light drink, and she happily agreed.
Since it was late, they only had light items to eat, but they provided me with snacks to eat.
Great for knobs! !
Glass of wine 500 yen? ! Easy!
The cost performance was great!

The stairs to the second floor made me feel a little uneasy as to whether it was open, but when I opened the door, I was led to the calm red color of the main store and the calm lights, making me feel as if I had been there many times. After work, I was soothed by the smiling face and courteous customer service of the shop owner who made me feel at ease and welcomed me.
Even though I entered the store for the first time just before the last food order, I had a pleasant time and thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
Next time, I would like to take a closer look.

Bochu-san is extremely hospitable, and makes amazing long islands! Been back 2 nights in a row, looking forward to making it 3!

It's a dining bar, so they have a pretty good selection of drinks, but you can also eat delicious food. Everything I ate was delicious, but I recommend the cheese dip, pork spare ribs, and crab tomato cream pasta. Cheese dip is made by grilling bacon, duck, vegetables, and baguette and eating it with hot cheese.
There are table seats, counter seats, and semi-private sofa seats, so you can enjoy it alone or in a group. I also like that it's open until 5am.
I am satisfied with not only the drinks but also the food, so I would like to use it for a banquet next time.

Dinner at ``Kouzen'' in Minamimorimachi. This is a dining bar that I had my eye on since I visited for lunch.
I have the stomach of a high school boy, but with a budget of 4,000 yen, I can equip myself with full stomachs and drunkenness.
Cocktails are also reasonably priced.
A word to Michelin:
“Remember, it doesn’t hurt!”
