When I decided to go there and called to make a reservation, I was told that it was fully booked for the next Saturday, but that I could make reservations for the following Saturday, so I asked and visited.
When I entered the shop and toasted with beer, Lever arrived immediately. The liver, sliced neatly and thinly, definitely looks delicious.
I sprinkled it with salt and drizzled it with sesame oil, and when I tried it, it had a smooth texture with no odor at all!
The one plate in the picture is for one person, but this is said to be a special serving.
You can gulp down draft beer in no time, and the only alcohol that goes well with this high-quality liver is sake! So I asked for Dassai.
The combination of sweet and melty liver and Junmai Ginjo was the best.

First of all, there is no liver odor at all, and it doesn't have a dry texture even when grilled or stir-fried.
I ate all the hormones and intestines, and they were delicious.
The greasy intestines leave just enough fat to make them plump and delicious.
I was also impressed with the chicken thigh skewers, they were so juicy and when I swallowed them, I felt like it was a waste.
With an all-you-can-drink price of 1,700 yen, this is a restaurant that heavy drinkers should definitely not miss.
