This was my first time going there with my family...I've been going there ever since I was dating my current wife.

I saw the signboard on the lunch menu and was interested in the fried tofu mapo set meal. This is my first time trying it, and I might like it better than regular mapo tofu. It's not as spicy as it looks.

We had an all-you-can-drink course meal. The sashimi was thickly sliced and delicious. The other dishes are also delicious and I would like to visit this restaurant again when I have a drinking party in Ibaraki.

Wataya's sashimi is so good that you'll think, "I should have gone to Wataya after all."
