If you want to swim and eat squid in Osaka, this is the cheapest and most delicious place. It is recommended to eat the fresh geso head in tempura. Bonito is normal. The other daily specials are delicious, but the portions are small and expensive.

I had swordfish shabu-shabu for the first time.The clams were delicious and I was satisfied.My companion was happy that the swimming squid was still moving.The seared bonito was also cut into thick pieces and topped with salt.It was delicious until the last kamameshi.

The other day, I visited Torahachi Shoten's Shinsaibashi store and liked it, so this time I went to the Umeda store on my way home from work.I wonder if they buy the same bonito...The Shinsaibashi store was definitely more delicious, butAs expected, the bonito here was thicker, had more oil on it than at other restaurants, and was delicious.The first thing that came out was a swimming squid, but it was quite small.When I ate at the Shinsaibashi store, it was a la carte, butIt felt quite large.I had the geso part and seaweed made into tempura.The pork was too garlicky and I don't like strong garlic so I couldn't eat it 🙏🙏The long-awaited dragon shabu-shabu❣️ is here❣️Along with Smoke, the Dragon, also known as Cutlass, arrived.2 pieces with the same length ❣️One was wrapped around it.Cut it to your desired length with scissors and eat it with shabu-shabu❣️The soup stock was delicious.The bone part of the cutlass fish will be fried.It was pulled up and returned pretty quickly as fried chicken.As expected, it was so hard that I stopped eating it, but my friend who was eating with me tried her best to swallow it...Blood came out of the throat and there was a big fuss💦💦💦💦💦It felt like... after all.Deep-fried bones need to be fried at low heat for about 20 minutes to get them crispy.Fortunately, the bone stuck in my throat was safely removed.

Anyway, I wanted to eat squid, so I made a reservation for the same day and visited on a weekday night. I was guided to a private room in the basement.There is an enclosure with four chairs, but your voice will leak quite a bit.Swimming squid as sashimi, and squid as tempura. It was so delicious that I could eat it forever.All the different dishes were delicious.The service provided by the staff is also highly recommended.

For me, this was an amazing meal. I had some great fish, like smokey grilled tuna and squid, and some nice fresh sashimi.The staff is very competent and came with new food just as we finished a dish. Perfect timing on everything.One of the better meals I've had recently.
