A wide variety of Japanese sake! The fish dishes were also delicious. I gave it 4 stars because I was disappointed that they didn't have many Western liquors such as whiskey, but I think it's the best restaurant for sake and shochu lovers.

The selection of Japanese sake is amazing! We have a wide selection of famous sake ordered from all over the country, ranging from unfiltered raw sake to sake that has been aged for 2 to 3 years. It's a blissful time to enjoy a recommended drink while talking about sake with the manager. Dishes such as yakitori are delicious, and the drinks go well. An irresistible izakaya for Japanese sake lovers. This is a restaurant that can be called a sacred place for sake lovers in southern Osaka, south of the Yamato River.

① A special limited edition special edition of Kangiku Meijo (Sanmu City, Chiba Prefecture)'s Junmai Daiginjo ``OCEAN99 Starlight Sea - Unfiltered Nama Genshu'', directly drawn from the middle. As the name suggests, this is a mysterious sake that is rarely tasted. Amazing sweet aroma and delicious taste of rice! I think that the flavor of Japanese sake is sweet, and this alcohol is ideal for me. Absolutely delicious!
② Namazake “Yamada Nishiki 2021” from Hana no Ko Sake Brewery (Wasui-cho, Tamana-gun, Kumamoto Prefecture). This is also amazing. The fresh, sweet aroma tickles your nostrils, and the deliciousness (sweetness) of the sake bursts in your mouth. It's a good drink.
③ “Banshu Ikken Junmai Ginjo Nonosan” from Sanyo Sake Brewery (Shiso City, Hyogo Prefecture). It has a sweet aroma, but the sweetness is modest and the taste is sharp. I had a series of sweet drinks, so this was just the right palate cleanser.
④ “Houou Mita” by Kobayashi Sake Brewery (Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture). The sake I drank that day had been sitting in the store's refrigerator for two years. The taste is sweeter and heavier, but it's not overpowering and easy to drink. This way of drinking is also good.

I went there for the first time. Eat and drink a lot. It was nice because it was like a private room. It seems like they had a variety of Japanese sake, so I thought I'd go there for that next time.
