Extremely unassuming place that might miss your attention as you walk past but DO NOT give this a miss.The place is small but each dish served is phenomenal! Especially love the bitter melon and burdock tempura. Sensational fried prawns! Tuna sashimi is of the highest quality and nicely marbledGo down a small flight of stairs and you will find it.I must say that this is the best Izakaya place I have tried in both Kyoto and Osaka.
Amazing food, nice and welcoming service, ok prices. What else one could want. Everything was super tasty (we tried 6 dishes + sashimi set).
The food was amazing and with a very high quality.We ordered the sashimi which came in 2 plates and fresh wasabi. It was delicious.Not very cheap, but more than justified as everything is in a very high quality.The staff don’t know much English but we managed.
Nice izakaya place. Food was really delicious… (try the minced shrimp with lotus root/pink salt)!!!Friendly staff! I can only say Ohiyo and Arigato, they did their best to explain how to enjoy the food best. Will surely come back when in Osaka! We ate a lot (7 dishes and 6 sake for 2 ppl) at for very reasonable price
The best fish restaurant in Osaka that I have found. There might be other great places to eat sashimi and accompanying dishes, but Sakanaya Inui is the best I have found. I recommend ordering the 8,000 JPY omakase course and just letting the master treat you to delicious fish and vegetable dishes.
