・Fried shrimp from Tokushima with Karasumi coating
・Sushi with salmon roe
・Momiji sea bream Kishu plum soy sauce
・Kure Seared Bonito
・Peach dressed in white/Okra moromi miso/Eggplant pickled in sweet vinegar/Ginkgo
Young sweetfish from Wakayama Prefecture
・Clam soup from Ariake, Saga Prefecture
・Saga beef sukiyaki
・Anno sweet potato ice cream
I went there thinking I would be able to eat more fish from Senshu, but I guess that was not the case on this day.
The Oribe ware and Shimizu ware dishes were also wonderful ✨
Apparently they have a sake sommelier.

I often feel that the explanations for fish are a little different. ? ? I thought. Before Akashi spawns
Even when they say it's sea bream, there are explanations such as that it's not spawning yet and there are no roe, or that the bait is sardines, but they're eating shrimp and seaweed... Even though the explanation said that it was grilled on a gas stove, I often wondered if it would be a little different if I had some knowledge of fish. I go boat fishing several times a week and process a large amount of fish, so I look inside their stomachs and see what they're eating.
Because there is, a little, hmm. . I thought so.
The truffle dish also had no aroma, which was a bit disappointing.
