A restaurant building located across the road from the south side of JR Tennoji East Exit. I didn't look into all the shops, but they all looked like restaurants from top to bottom.
When you need something to eat, or when you don't want to walk around because of the rain, you'll probably be able to find something.
It doesn't have the stylish feel of the nearby Abeno Harukas, but I think many people, myself included, find it more relaxing.
However, although the building's name says "Shinjuku," I don't know the origin.
