Enjoy delicious hot sake
Hot sake in the heat? That's what I thought, but if you enjoy the strong sake (strong sake) recommended by the owner in an air-conditioned store, you won't sweat.

If you want to drink sake in front of Osaka Station, this is always the place. The basement is a maze, so I always get lost, but once I finally get there, the drinks are delicious. Warm sake is also great. All the snacks go well with the sake, so it's easy to end up drinking too much.

Introducing ``Kanki'', an izakaya where you can drink Japanese sake, located on the first basement floor of Osaka Ekimae 3rd Building, just outside Higashi-Umeda Station.
There are about five customers in the reasonably sized restaurant, but three people sit at a table.
This is a restaurant that specializes in Japanese sake, but the Kirin Heartland Beer (medium bottle) is what caught my eye.
The appetizer is a potato salad with the flavor of Burigakko. A dish with just the right amount of acidity. There are appetizers that go well with sake.
Baikai-ni ¥485: Baikai-ni is often found in pubs in Osaka. When I see it, I just want to ask for it. 485 yen for 3 pieces seems a bit expensive, but the taste is good.
Braised Kuroge Wagyu Beef Tendon ¥680: A dish of beef tendon and konnyaku simmered in a light soup stock, allowing you to enjoy sake while savoring the delicious flavor.
Anyway, everything tastes like home made food and is delicious.

There aren't many modern types of Japanese sake, but there is a good selection of sake such as Etsukaijin, and the prices were reasonable. There wasn't a lot of variety of food, but it was delicious.

First of all, let's have a toast. For food, we ordered bonito sashimi, Manganji shishito peppers, and grilled chicken thighs with malt. From the second drink, switch to sake. While I was looking at the menu and thinking about it, my junior ordered Fukui's Black Dragon Shizuku. Looking at the price, it's about 980 yen for 100ml. Yes, I remembered that this kid has no reservations. We have no choice but to go out together. Next, we had hot nigori sake, followed by cold sake such as Kaishun and Mita. It turned out that Yukichi-san ran away from home from my wallet, but it was delicious.
