Great food, appreciate the recommended dishes for the day.Great gin selection. They were very kind, and patient with us not speaking much (any) Japanese.
A family-run izakaya with lots of Okinawan-style food and drinks. The female owner has an incredible job of serving in a busy izakaya while also taking care of her children 🙏🏻I liked her candid attitude and prompt service. Don't come without a reservation, it's too busy👍🏻All the dishes I ate were delicious, but the sweet and sour pork was on another level. I've lived in Japan for 9 years, and it's no exaggeration to say that it was the most delicious pork I've ever eaten🤤Bonus points: The owner is a fan of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure 🤩
Two Koreans went in at 8:30 p.m., people were eating happily and there were only two seats, but as soon as the lady saw us, she pushed us out, saying, "Sorry, we're closing time."It was so shocking that I wondered if this was actually true.It seems like a disgusting store. After experiencing it in real life, I felt really bad.... I was shut out.
I visited and ate three days ago. I was satisfied with both the food, atmosphere and service. This is a place I want to visit again if I go to Osaka. At that time, I want to try all the food possible.
Fukuoka oden restaurant after 5 starsI found a very satisfying local restaurant!!!!!
Not visiting this place is a waste of life...It was the most special and delicious dish I've ever had in my life. I think it was a good idea to go to Osaka just for this restaurant! Infinite praise and gratitude to the boss! You must try the Okinawa-style pork dish here. All other dishes are perfect, and trying Awamori, Okinawa's liquor, will be a special experience. It may be difficult to find the store as it is located in an alley.Go to the orange roof.
There's nothing better than just a crazy store. I can say without a doubt that all the food is delicious.
This is Osaka's No. 1 izakaya. After searching on Google Maps and thinking about where to go in the evening, I decided to visit because it had a high rating. If you show a photo like in a review, they will know what the menu is and prepare it for you. There is no Korean menu, so you have to use a translator, but it's not a problem at all. If you like jellyfish, be sure to try the raw jellyfish menu. It was so delicious that I ordered it twice. Please note that the menu that says udon in the review says soba. I definitely want to visit again next time I visit Osaka.
Can’t say enough good things about this place!! We used google translate to order since there was no English menu, but otherwise ordering was seamless and the staff was kind. This meal was one of the highlights of our two weeks in Japan - possibly our best meal of the trip! I highly recommend the Okinawa pork, but you can’t go wrong with anything here.
Get this man a Mechelin bib. He's an artist. In a city full of food, this is a rather special place.
This place was an absolute gem of an Izakaya. Every dish that we had was delicious, with no disappointments across the menu. We would easily dine here again and again! They did not have an English menu, so we used Google Translate to assist with some direction, but another patron graciously helped us with the dishes as well. The waitress also knew enough English to assist as well. The standout dish for us was the Okinawan sweet and sour pork; We ended up ordering it twice. All of the items recommended on the menu were delicious, we just wish we got there earlier because some of the items we wanted were sold out. We ended up with about 3 - 4 dishes and 2 drinks across 3 people and it was a great amount of food.
It's my first time finding everything delicious in an Izakaya! All the dishes were well-balanced, not boring, and distinct from other shops. Seriously recommended! 👌👍
This place was amazing. Food was so good! Especially the pork (ordered it twice). And the salmon. And the spring rolls. Service was lovely too.
