Do not come here, biggest tourist trap. They give you appetizers which are not free (lotus root tastes like soap as well), you have to pay. They don't even ask you, they just put it down. You're also expected to order an overpriced drink just for sitting down.Food was mediocre, but definitely slightly overpriced for its quality.Place was empty when we came here, and for good reason. Don't fall for the extravagantly shown giant takoyaki and pancake pics, it's just to lure you in.

Stay away!Such a missed opportunity, this place has enough potential but is a complete tourist trap using various scamming techniques to kislead their customers. Service and quality are not their first priority at all and is especially clear when you get the meals and bill. The advertised images do not at all represent what you get, with the most speaking case baking an image with 16 cheese bite snacks on it, and the actual plate containing 8. Even the waitress agreed it was a scam when I asked her. In additio. Prices advertised outside are different then on menu, and the menu prices are tax excluded on top of that which you find out at the casier, in addition To the ridiculous table charge they will demand from all customers. The medium beer is 1 cm higher than the small, bit not because it contains more, but because the base is 1 cm higher too.Food was mediocre taste wise, such a pity.

The surprise comes when you get the check. They charge for appetizers they serve you as soon as you sit down. We thought it was courtesy as we didn’t asked for them. The appetizers literally is a bowl of plain cabbage and some small bowls of some type of vegetables. You are also obliged to order drinks. The menu on the outside is misleading, the prices are cheaper than the ones on the QR menu they tell you to scan. The skewers are very plain and small they only taste like oil. The ones on the conbinis are better. We ordered a bowl of dipping noodles and they bring you a HUGE bowl and then you find out it has a fake bottom so the bowl is only about 1/4 full. Very small amount of food.I ordered the pork okonominoyaki but… it had no pork, its just cabbage, sauce, mayo and egg. WHERE IS THE PORK???All of the food and restaurants we had been so far have been great this is the only bad experience we had in japan.

Be prepared!! We just came in off the street completely unaware of the concept! I think it’s a great idea, but could be executed better. You order off a website by using a QR code so make sure you have data and a charged phone. We were struggling with internet at the time and they didn’t have WiFi you could borrow. It took a while but eventually the server helped us and ordered off his tablet. The staff were all very nice and in the end the food was pretty good too. They had some fun looking drinks too!

We saw the sign saying additional 300yen must be paid per customer for side dish, I thought it must be okay, I was thinking of the usual side dish menu that other restaurants have, but what they served (pinkish cuts of some kind of root crop) was not good(not edible for me🙈). The food was not that good as well.Their exterior lightings and design was very engaging though, the food looked delicious on the displayed menu, kinda disappointed with the actual food served.
