This is a store I've been curious about for a long time. Great store name!
The 12 kinds of shumai platter is fun because you can taste 12 kinds of unique flavors. Moreover, each one is delicious, so be sure to order them!
However, the most recommended dish is the Kuroge Wagyu beef meat with tofu stew and egg (718 yen). The price for the stew, which is a standard at izakaya restaurants, is quite aggressive, but the taste makes sense. It was one of the best stews I've eaten at many izakaya restaurants!
I'm sure there are other dishes as well! Repeat decision👍👍👍

The store is clean, bright, and has an atmosphere that makes it easy for even one person to enter. The signature shumai and meat tofu are exquisite dishes that can only be eaten here, and they go best when paired with a wide variety of shochu. My personal recommendation is the combination of perilla shumai and red rabbit. Everyone at the store is so friendly and I look forward to visiting the store every time.
Recently, as a delicious food hunter, I was walking around the Tenjinbashi area and was curious about it, so I came into this store. The interior of the store is bright and lively. I like shumai, so I ordered an assortment of 8 types. The creative shumai, which is full of originality, has successful creations such as shrimp and cheese, and all of them are extremely delicious. The meat and tofu stew also has a rich flavor that goes well with sake. There are counter seats, which are great for those drinking alone, and the distance from the table seats at Waigaya is great. This is a store I would like to visit again next time. This is one of the restaurants that I would like to see do well in the Tenjinbashi area, which is a competitive area for restaurants.
Absolutely lovely staff and delicious food! One of my favorite hidden local gems in Osaka, I visit every time. Their sets are plentiful, shumai are juicy and delicious for a perfect price.
