The food was delicious, but the customer service was terrible. Although it wasn't the whole thing, I was surprised at how suddenly a woman took down all of my plates even though I was eating at the same time as the last order, and even though I still had time to take a seat, she took down my drinks and towels so suddenly. Even though the place wasn't that full, I felt terrible because they were like telling me to leave early.

The service was pretty bad. Not worth the money. We found a plastic stripe in the hot pot, we were told they accidentally place it in, no replacement of the food, nothing. Completely overrated.

The okonomikiya is the worst I had. The skewers were okay.

Meat sushi is often hit or miss, but this one was a hit.
The long meat sushi was only available as an appetizer, but I wanted to eat more.
There was a smell of cigarettes coming from the kitchen...it was very unpleasant.
All-you-can-drink became cheaper by writing reviews.
