I sat in a private room in the back, but the food was slow to come out.
The food itself was fine, but it was a shame that the people in the hall were just talking to the regulars at the counter, never looking at us, and not even noticing that there were no drinks.
I've had to get up from my seat a few times and say sorry, and it's a pain to have to go and call each other, so I hope they realize that. If that's difficult, why not put something like ping pong?
Although the food is delicious, it's a shame that the hall and customer service are so bad.

The sake was delicious. It was close to Takatsuki Station and had a nice atmosphere. For someone like me who is an experienced cook, some of the dishes were a little hard and difficult to eat.

I entered the restaurant after 8:00 pm, even on a weekend, and the seats were almost full. I realized that this is a popular store. The layout was a counter in the front and a tatami room in the back.
The restaurant is Japanese, so today we were completely Japanese-style (lol).We had Japanese sake, Shirako ponzu, horse sashimi, ginkgo, and so much more! Everything tasted great and was great.The only thing that was a little disappointing was the speed at which the food came out after ordering. It was crowded, but the menu that I was told would be served quickly took quite a while, so I'd be happy if things could be improved...

Hatena's Chawan is a guy I sometimes go drinking with in Takatsuki. The sake menu is very rich, and is recommended for sake lovers. There are drinks that you don't often see, and you can enjoy them. You may also be able to taste and compare three types of sake.

Weekday limited charcoal grilled lunch that started last fall

I haven't been able to go for a long time, but I finally visited for the first time.
On this day, there are two choices: salt-grilled kamasu and yellowtail marinated in lees.
I chose that one because it was recommended.

Slowly grilled kamasu has a nice charcoal aroma.
The flesh is plump and very soft.
It has plenty of fat and is extremely delicious.
There are many obanzai menus where you can fully enjoy the deliciousness of dashi soup and miso.
I was very satisfied with the dessert and drink after the meal.
At night, you can enjoy lots of sake and charcoal grills.
I definitely want to come back at night!
Reservations required for weekday lunch by 5pm the day before.

This store is located between Hankyu Takatsuki and JR Takatsuki. Mainly fish, but meat is also available. You can feel that they are particular about the ingredients and types of alcohol.
