My wife shared the kitsune udon, the 5 oden dishes, the fluffy omelet, and the warm wakame udon. Even though the staff members are extremely busy, their service is so great that you can almost feel the smiles under their masks. However, the flavor was light, the udon was served in hot water, the oden only tasted like the ingredients, and the tamagoyaki was served with dashi and soy sauce, so it was the most delicious. For people with high blood pressure, it is recommended to consume less salt. The pickles served are completely normal salty.

The udon noodles were quite thick, but not hard and had just the right amount of firmness, and the soup stock was delicious with a hint of bonito. The Tare Katsudon is a fillet cutlet that is about 5 cm square in size, and is very filling and filling. The sauce had a slightly sweet taste. Personally, I thought it would be a little sweeter. Before ordering, I was thinking about ordering the sauce cutlet bowl and regular udon instead of the sauce cutlet bowl and mini udon set, but I made the right decision to order the sauce cutlet bowl and regular udon. When I arrived at the store at 11:30, there were already five groups waiting. This is a locally popular udon restaurant. The udon noodles were chewy and chewy, and although the texture was perfect, the cost performance was poor.I ordered a shrimp chikuwa tempura set, but there was no shrimp! A udon restaurant with an unusual name, located in Izumi Chuo. There is a shop with a similar name near National Route 26, and I've been there before, but this is my first visit.I visited on a weekday at 1pm. I entered the store without waiting and was seated at the counter. It will get cold immediately. The one on Route 26 is a small shop, but this one is Plantain with many tables. There is a parking lot up to the second parking lot, so you can see how popular it is. The customer base seemed to be mostly madam-like wives. This place is famous for its tarekatsu (fillet cutlet), which tastes like eating it with sauce, so I came here thinking that I would definitely like to try it. So I splurged and ordered 3 pieces of pork cutlet and small udon set meal for 1,600 yen. The rice bowl arrived in about 10 minutes. Tarekatsudon is a bowl of rice topped with 3 large round fillet cutlets, topped with a hot spring egg and a bit of shredded cabbage, and topped with sauce. The cutlet was extremely thick, and although it wasn't hard, I had to chew it quite a bit.Moreover, since it was a fillet cutlet, there was no fat and it was a little dry.Hmm? I thought it was good to have two. However, small udon noodles are chewy and thick, delicious, and also beautiful to look at. I was happy with just the udon, I wanted to eat more udon.
