Whenever I have friends from out of town, I always take them here. Ise udon is my favorite.
The owner is brusque, but he is serious about his taste, so I trust him.
When you arrive, a menu plate will be placed in front of you, but if you don't order for a while, it will be taken down without a word, but I don't mind.
