If you want to swim and eat squid in Osaka, this is the cheapest and most delicious place. It is recommended to eat the fresh geso head in tempura. Bonito is normal. The other daily specials are delicious, but the portions are small and expensive.

I had swordfish shabu-shabu for the first time.
The clams were delicious and I was satisfied.
My companion was happy that the swimming squid was still moving.
The seared bonito was also cut into thick pieces and topped with salt.

The other day, I visited Torahachi Shoten's Shinsaibashi store and liked it, so this time I went to the Umeda store on my way home from work.
I wonder if they buy the same bonito...
The Shinsaibashi store was definitely more delicious, but

Anyway, I wanted to eat squid, so I made a reservation for the same day and visited on a weekday night. I was guided to a private room in the basement.
There is an enclosure with four chairs, but your voice will leak quite a bit.
Swimming squid as sashimi, and squid as tempura. It was so delicious that I could eat it forever.
All the different dishes were delicious.
The service provided by the staff is also highly recommended.

For me, this was an amazing meal. I had some great fish, like smokey grilled tuna and squid, and some nice fresh sashimi.
The staff is very competent and came with new food just as we finished a dish. Perfect timing on everything.
