I ordered an eight-course Wagyu beef course and all-you-can-drink.
The soft, high-quality meat of Kuroge Wagyu beef is sweet even to its fat.
Even more luxuriously, meat sushi and steak are eaten with shabu-shabu soup stock infused with sea urchin and Japanese sake salt.
A filling course including low-temperature cooked beef tongue.
Each restaurant has a sake pairing recommended by the manager, which is a must-try if you like alcohol.
Finish off with a sake cocktail using Dassai.
It was really delicious.

You can go on a journey of the best sake. The selection of Japanese sake is amazing. There are also plenty of snacks. The staff are knowledgeable about Japanese sake, and you can learn a lot from this shop. A glass of sake (90cc for half a cup) costs around 800 yen. The total cost for the two of us was 16,000 yen, with 4 drinks each and a variety of snacks. This is a restaurant I would definitely like to visit again when I am on a business trip to Osaka.

Kurabar, a sake and rice shop located in Umeda. The store is on the 7th floor of the building. Inside the restaurant, there are private tatami rooms and semi-private table seats, so you can eat without worrying about other people watching you.

For lunch, you can choose between beef tongue and lean Japanese beef for the meat mawashi, and it also comes with 3 types of condiments, soup stock, and salad. I love that you can change the flavor with the dashi soup.

They have a wide variety of sake, and they even have an all-you-can-drink plan. Recommended for those who like alcohol.

I was concerned that the staff seemed to be in a bad mood when serving customers.
