I visited without a reservation because it had a high Google rating. It's noisy anyway. It's normal for drunk customers to get loud and noisy in an izakaya, but the staff members talk loudly to keep up with the noise, so it's so noisy that you can't hear the conversation even though you're sitting next to each other at the counter... If it gets crowded, there's a 2-hour time limit. I wrote that, but even though there was still time left, wouldn't it be inappropriate to ask, "Can I put down the plate with food left on it?" ? Will cutting down on that one dish save time? ?

We feel so terrible... A young waitress was sloppy to overturn the sauce and dropped our clothes. What made me angry that she didn't say sorry to us, even showed any emotion, just like nothing happened. She was rude and never looked us in the eye, never experienced something like this in a country like Japan!!! ... We then asked to change another table to eat... event occured 9/17 evening... 十忠八九 maybe u need to train your staffs better!!!

I came to the Fukushima main store for the first time, and it was completely different from the Namba store. I felt that the staff's training was clearly lacking. Very good restaurant. Fresh fish and lot of chose of meals. The chef is flexible and can suggest the perfect meal !
