The owner was quiet, the atmosphere was Japanese-style, and the food was delicious and took a lot of time.
I was watching the cooking process at the counter, and I could see that each dish was prepared with great care. All are delicious and satisfying.
It seems like it takes a while to serve the food, but I think it can't be helped because the food is delicious.

"Bishoku Yui" which was located at Hirakatashi Station is now available at Korien Station.
Relocated and opened as “Saketei Yui”✨
It used to be a large restaurant that could accommodate large parties.
This is a counter only store.
The shop is run by the quiet owner who is a skilled craftsman.
They carefully prepared each dish one by one.
The food is cooked right in front of you, so it feels like it's live and it's fun ✨
And the owner's father is from Okinawa.
Okinawan soki soba, bitter melon champuru, etc.
We also have Okinawan food and awamori alcohol ✨✨
The jiggly feeling of the dashi rolled egg
The Tosa Akaushi steak was absolutely delicious ✨✨
The grilled nigiri at the end was also delicious✨✨
I've been addicted to cardamom shochu with soda as well.
It was so delicious that I had lots of refills✨✨

The owner carefully selects and purchases everything from the main ingredients to the vegetables that he is satisfied with. Each item on the menu is so delicious that it surpasses anything you've ever tasted before, and goes well with Japanese sake. I was able to overcome my dislike of food here by collaborating with sake breweries and making delicious seasonal items. Recommended!
