Miso soup is so delicious!
When I attended a food education seminar held at this restaurant, Mr. Tanabe, the owner, taught me how to make dashi stock. ☺️When I try it at home, I get close to it, but it's hard to recreate this delicious miso soup💦
I have no choice but to go drink this! Especially recommended for the upcoming cold season ☺️
